ABQ > Vegas, at least on this trip!

After long and arduous 9 hour drive from Vegas, packed with several construction detours and rain storms that pracically lifted our car off the pavement, we arrived in Albuquerque around 9:30 pm last night. My uncle was kind enough to offer a couch and a bed for us for a couple nights. First order of business was capitolizing on the cool weather and exploring a local hot spot. My cousin Jamie took us out to a trendy sports bar called Gecko’s. We were pleasantly suprised at how packed it was on a Tuesday night, probably because it was karoke night. Of course that meant rdot had to get on the mic and do his rendition of “Flashing Lights” by Kanye West. Although his rap skills are pretty decent, his vocals are nowhere near American Idol worthy. Nonetheless, it was still entertaining. So after catching up on some much needed sleep, we are ready to do big once again today, and hopefully meet up with one or two woome girls I know in the city. Our goal is to get some redemption for the short Vegas stop, where our plans to interview girls at the Luxor pool got cancelled by rain, and cash pretty much kept us out of the clubs, which are famous for taking your money(if you’re not a female). Rain or shine, we are gonna bring some of our own thunder and let this town know how theoysta and rdot do it up!
